Orally administered PPAR δ -selective agonist which has shown preclinical potential in models of diabetes and dyslipidemia, and is poised to enter Phase II. PPAR δ -selective agonists are currently being evaluated in preclinical models of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) and diabetic wound healing.
