KD7040
Topically administered iNOS inhibitor exiting Phase II trials in post-herpetic neuralgia.
KD7332
Orally administered iNOS inhibitor poised for IND filing that has shown efficacy in a wide range of pain and inflammation models.
KD3010
Orally administered PPAR δ -selective agonist which has shown preclinical potential in models of diabetes and dyslipidemia, and is poised to enter Phase II.
PPAR δ -selective agonists are currently being evaluated in preclinical models of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) and diabetic wound healing. Phase I Clinical Trial Data

SYSTEMS PARTNERSHIPS
Kalypsys offers our proprietary technology through our Kalypsys Systems business unit. Kalypsys Systems products include large and small automated robotic systems, a compound transfer workstation, a protein production/purification system, a dispense droplet detection system and a 1536 well washer/dispenser workstation.
Kalypsys also offers an informatics solutions package to analyze, store and navigate the vast amounts of high quality data generated from with high throughput screening.
